Originally from Tuscaloosa, AL, Kim graduated from The Episcopal High School in Alexandria, VA. She earned her B.S. in Mathematics, Magna Cum Laude, from Huntingdon College in Montgomery, AL in 2018 and moved straight into the PhD program at Auburn University in Auburn, AL where she is currently a doctoral student studying discrete geometry.
My superpower: not knowing all the information, but rather, how to find the information that I need!

About Me
Kim has a lot of hobbies, some math related and some not. She enjoys quilting, which she calls geometry in motion, as well as knitting and painting. Perhaps her most exciting hobby, though, is roller derby, where she skates under the name Moon Pi #3.14 with Montgomery Roller Derby. She asks her students to call her Pi.
